The WFB-800A series microcomputer generator transformer protection device is suitable for protecting generator transformer units with various capacities and voltage levels of 1000MW-1000KV and below. It can meet the protection requirements of various wiring types for large generator transformer units, achieving dual sets of main protection, dual sets of backup protection, and completely independent configuration of non electricity protection.

The WFB-800A series microcomputer generator transformer protection device consists of AC conversion plug-in, protection plug-in, CPU plug-in, expansion plug-in, export plug-in, input plug-in, signal plug-in, communication management plug-in, and voltage regulator power plug-in. The protection devices include WFB-801A, WFB-802A, WFB-804A, and WFB-805A, all of which use the same software and hardware platform structure, with only slight differences in related hardware resources and protection software. In engineering applications, different protection configurations and screen assembly schemes are formed according to different engineering requirements.

The WFB-800A series microcomputer transformer protection device adopts a large screen 320 × 240 color LCD display screen, with a dedicated management machine responsible for human-machine dialogue and all information processing. It can be connected to the comprehensive automation system of the power plant and can be managed through the monitoring system for protection.

This user manual provides detailed instructions for operating the management machine, debugging various protective features, and operating and maintaining the device.

This instruction manual is used together with the technical instruction manual, and can be used to guide the factory commissioning of the device and the user's on-site installation and commissioning.
